Pirata's Stories

this is dave.  

he has lots of cool stuff like gadgets and ben sherman shirts and motorcycles and a window from his bedroom to his office that i like to climb through.  he fixed my record player and im pretty sure he could fix anything.  he tells me my steel toe boots are cute and he encourages me to cut my hair however i want to.  the shorter, the spunkier, the better.  he gives me courage to indulge my style because he still makes me feel pretty even if its tough and boyish at times.  dave says we are ghosts of each other.  i think he’s right.  sometimes he pinches my neck when we are walking somewhere just to see me act like a turtle because it makes me squeeze my shoulders up and pull my head in and i dont even realize i am doing it until he is laughing which makes me do it more.  he will often turn a bad day into a good one.  sometimes he holds my hand for no reason.  we often singa, about the moona and the juna and the springa.  he’s not afraid to sound out of key; he’ll sing whenever he wants.  he says he feels free around me.  he gave me tips on hooking up with chicks when i liked that girl from the cafe that time, like how they like it when you rub little circles on their lower back and gaaaaaze into their eyes.  if he’s ever been jealous of guys or girls i’m into, he never shows it.  when he’s sick he lays there and makes noises.  one time he told me he was wearing green tea deodorant and for some reason i stuck my face in his pit and  smelled it.  there was no green tea anything, but in fact a very stinky pit and he laughed about it for weeks.  sometimes he brings it up when we’re out and i punch him in the arm and i think that makes people wonder how old we are.  he’s always reading something interesting.  he touches my elbows sometimes.  his brother lives in alaska.  one day, i told dave, we are gonna go there and get food stamps and buy bows and arrows with our food stamps because you can do that there.  did you know that?

(originally written 24 July 2009, but somethings added here and there since then.  i hope this continually has things to add here and there.  i hope dave is always here and there.)
